The package

For $50, paid once, you receive one identity verification, a nationwide criminal and civil background check, and a credit report. You may share that package with employers or companies for 30 days from purchase. There is no subscription.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18, buying for yourself, and able to photograph a government ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport) and a live photo of you holding it.

The flow

1. Pay $50 (email and card).
2. Photograph ID front, ID back, then you holding the ID next to your face.
3. Give legal name, date of birth, address, purpose, SSN, and FCRA authorization.

We cannot run the report until those steps are complete.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information. Use a real ID that belongs to you. Do not submit someone else’s photos or SSN. Reports are for lawful employment, rental, or personal screening purposes you select.

Our responsibilities

We process payment, review identity photos, and request the screening. We delete reports and identity photos after 30 days. If something on the report looks wrong, use the dispute rights in the FCRA summary linked from the authorization step.

Refunds

If we cannot complete identity review or the screening because of a problem on our side, email support@quickverifyusa.com. We do not refund because you dislike the contents of a complete, accurate report.
